Here at Tower Boots, we want you to be happy with your purchases and confident that you've found the perfect pair for you or the gifts for your friends and family. It is our policy to accept return of goods up 28 days after purchase date.

If you have ordered the wrong item(s) or simply had a change of heart , the item(s) must be returned in the original re-saleable condition . For example, shoes are to be returned along with the original shoe box, associated products such as laces and any free gifts that were included. You must not write anything on the item, its packaging. 

We recommend you use a recorded postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. Tower Boots is no liable for items lost in transit,

Overseas customers will need to pay the cost of returning the item and we will reimburse you to the value of the original outgoing P&P

Provided that you return your item(s) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions we will refund what you've paid for the item(s) or replace or exchange the item(s) if applicable. Refunds are processed within 2 working days of receipt of the returned item(s). Refunds are made using the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.

Have You Received My Returned Goods?

As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse, we'll email you to let you know.

In the unlikely event that you don't receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team and we'll get back to you within the hour.

If you have returned your parcel using Recorded Delivery or another service that can be tracked, please give us the reference number when you contact us or track your parcel online here
